Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeper to maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and delivers consistent, high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly
- Ensure rooms are properly stocked and organized
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean and orderly condition
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hospitality experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to [X] lbs for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Work Environment
