Line Cook 

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and driven Line Cook  to support the culinary leadership of our Restaurant . This role is responsible for Preparing and cooking all the dishes on their assigned station and maintaining stations cleanliness and organization. 

The ideal candidate brings Good attitude, Willingness to learn, precision in execution, and a passion for delivering an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute dishes to highest of standards in a timely manner 
  • Prep and Stock your station and make sure you are ready for service everyday 
  • Ensure all dishes meet presentation, portion, and quality standards
  • Maintain kitchen workflow during service to maintain timing and accuracy
  • Uphold sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness standards (in compliance with local health regulations)
  • shut down and clean your Station daily 

Qualifications

  • 1 year experience cooking in a professional kitchen preferred 
  • Experience 
  • Strong knowledge of knife cuts, and cooking techniques (grill, Saute , etc.)
  • Proven Communication skills 
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Skills

  • Knife skills and various culinary knowledge
  • experience with local produce and seasonal produce knowledge
  • Prep and Station list writing and execution 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Work Environment

  • High-volume, fast-paced kitchen
  • Exposure to heat, open flames, and sharp equipment
  • Standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
